Job Description

  • Looking for a Digital Marketing specialist who will assist with the execution of the online marketing strategy, website and landing page maintenance, online analytics, and email marketing.
  • The Digital Marketing Specialist will help implement marketing activities across a variety of online channels as well as assist with marketing support.
  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
  • Oversee a social media strategy
  • Manage and maintain the organization’s website(s)
  • Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter
  • Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
  • Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
  • Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)
  • Fix any errors or bugs in online content
  • Follow a theme/template for social media (Branding - Instagram theme - Blog - Pinterest - Facebook - Twitter)
  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies
  • Perform keyword research to drive organic traffic growth
  • Execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
  • Implement social media strategies and measure the impact of social media programs
  • Integration, monitoring and analysis of social media trends and their reporting analytics
  • Improve organic website traffic

Job Requirements

  • English, Arabic copywriter
  • Knowledge of SEO and Social Media best practices and standards
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • An expert on creating ads and campaigns.
  • Familiar with several social media channels.
  • An expert on Facebook and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with social media, Google Ad-words and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
  • Know how to research relevant keywords and use analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Maintain a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Teamwork
