Job Description
- Creating scripts to the Call center agents to be sent to the customers.
- Handling the complaints process and following up with the feedback.
- Handling the clients following up the process with the sales departments (Daily / Weekly / Monthly).
- Participating in the evaluation of the customer care agents at the call center quarterly.
- Following up daily on the CC Agents tasks and responsibilities.
- Handling the inductions and orientations for the customer care agents.
Job Requirements
- 1:3 years experience under the same job.
- Fluent English language reading & writing.
- P S competitive basic salary & commission scheme .
