Job Description

Job Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan to develop company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence and to make the product popular amongst the customers.
  • Build and promote strong long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Present Sales revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs.
  • Devises sales techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets
  • Maintain and improve relationships with the client as client relationship management is essential
  • Address issues bordering on pricing, delivery of goods and resolutions of customer complaints
  • Maintains an update knowledge of company’s goal , vision and values to ensure appropriate prioritizing
  • Dress up professionally according to company’s requirement
  • Display and explain company’s products/ services to potential clients and follow up clients requirement on weekly basis
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other department
  • Assess customer’s needs and provide assistance and information on product /craves Application features
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems ,developing solutions and submit recommendations to management
  • Make sure to adhere to company’s policies and guidelines
  • Liaising with other departments such as Marketing /Social media in order to enhance the feature of craves application and to reach company standard

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an assistant sales manager or similar position
  • Aware of food chains / Restaurants in the Kuwait Market
  • Familiarity with financial and customer services principles
  • Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics
  • Proficient user of MS office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Leadership and organizational abilities
  • Values-time /be diligent
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
