Job Description
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Opens customer account information
- Maintains customer records by updating account information
- Attracts potential customers by answering products/service questions
- Resolve Problems by clarifying the customers’ complaint, determine the cause of the problem and explain the best solution to solve the problem.
- Identifying and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
- Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
- Refer customers to supervisors or managers who can help
