Job Description
- This position is responsible for drawing (preferred), rigging, animating characters, and scene transitions, bringing creative ideas and concepts to life.
- The animators may work with a team of professionals to develop cartoon Series, webpages, promotional spots, E-learning objects, and computer artwork.
Responsibility and Duties:
- Rigging characters, elements and prepare them for animation.
- Choose different textures, colors and lighting for the animation.
- Make adjustments and alterations at all stages of the animation’s production.
- Responsible for the consistent design and line quality of their animation.
Job Requirements
- Know the techniques of animation and artistic direction.
- Good working knowledge of relevant graphics, animation and compositing software including: (Anime Studio and/or Adobe Flash, After Effects and/or Adobe Premiere (preferred), Adobe Audition and/or Sound Forge (preferred).
- Able to collaborate with a team of professionals on storyboards, story development, directing, cinematography and editing.
- Able to identify production issues and propose solutions.
- Understand the possibilities and limitations of animation technologies.
- To be detail oriented and patient.
- To be creative.
- Have good analytical skills and are open to new ideas.
- Well organized and have personal initiative.
