Job Description

  • Answer phone calls and provide the required answers and information to clients' inquiries;
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments;
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails;
  • Billing clients, preparing invoices and follow up on them;
  • Filing and maintaining files and documents;
  • Follow up daily and required works with the lawyers and reporting the same.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,...)
  • Multitasking and hard-worker
  • Problem solving skills
