Job Description
- Answer phone calls and provide the required answers and information to clients' inquiries;
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments;
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails;
- Billing clients, preparing invoices and follow up on them;
- Filing and maintaining files and documents;
- Follow up daily and required works with the lawyers and reporting the same.
