Job Description
- Always up dated for any new technology or new products that related to pre-sales activities via training process, technical product manger periodically reports and self studies
- Attending all needed technical pre-sales site visits with all sales in charge persons within ACT different Department
- Complete Cooperation with both of customer technical support team in solving any technical problems may raised within operation implementation or any other technical support
- Responsible to learn both of Technical Support Specialist & Trainee Members all technical concepts that related to their activities
- To be involved in all critical situations through telephone or incident, recognized by management to be part of ACT help desk support structure. Positive attitude for response to support
- Educate yourself on new products announced in ACT, in case formal training is not available coordinate any need with your team leader
- To diagnose and repair machines/system Software using standard technique in case of failure condition in minimum time
- Meet customer and business requirements by setting target time for any activity or objectives agreed on and achieve it, ZERO unjustified customers complain and ensure a quality work is done in all activities
- Customer documentation is up to date
- Provide 1st level of pre-sales technical assurance
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. of Communications or Computer Engineering/ Computer Science.
- 3-5 year experience in the Network Security field.
- Implement multi-vendor Security solutions (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet etc.)
- At Least CCNP Security Certified.
- Good manner and appearance internally and externally, high visibility with customer management
- Be aware of customer operating system, H/W configuration, network setup and major SW applications priorities
- Two years additional technical experience in field as technical support specialist
