Cairo Sales Executive

  • Tajmeeli seeking an experienced sales person who will be responsible for growing Tajmeeli’s sales to cosmetic surgery clinics and cosmetic dentists in the Cairo market. You will be required to work from Cairo to sell to clinics throughout the city.
  • A key focus will be on meeting with clinics that are a good fit for Tajmeeli services and selling them on our paid promotion opportunities.
  • You will also be required to nurture relationships with perspective and existing clinics in Cairo to help them stay satisfied with our services, to upsell them to more services, and to help them have more success with our services.
  • This is a remote position that will require you to work from your home in Cairo and travel around Cairo.
  • You will be our first sales representative in Cairo so most of your communication with the rest of our team will be done through Skype and Whatsapp.
  • You will interface with clinics and doctors in person and you will be required to also contact them by phone.
  • Selling our services to qualified clinics should be relatively easy sale for an experienced professional because we offer clinics the opportunity to grow and get more patients.
  • The more they work with Tajmeeli the more the clinic will attract new patients. Tajmeeli already has massive demand for procedures in Cairo so once a clinic starts working with us they will typically see a very quick ROI.
  • You will be given sales targets to hit on a quarterly basis that are inline with Tajmeeli’s growth goals.
  • This role is designed for ambitious professionals who aim to exceed sales targets. With unlimited sales commissions the position is setup to reward those that get results and sell more.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Growing Tajmeeli Sales in Cairo
  • Use a consultative sales process to understand customer problems, objections, concerns, and needs.
  • Prioritize and timely qualify quality prospects from low quality prospects
  • Manage the Cairo sales pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success.
  • Outbound calls and visits to identified high potential prospects.
  • Interacting with clinics in Egypt in person, through phone, Whatsapp, and email
  • Selling Tajmeeli services to clinics including premium listings, paid enquiries, and advertising
  • Report on daily progress, including number of clinics visited, clinics called, and stages of the sale
  • KPI’s:
    • New Clinics Contacted
    • Presentations made
    • Offers sent
    • New Business Acquired
    • Total Sales Value
    • Clinic retention
    • Long-term Clinic Success

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic
  • At least 3 years sales experience
  • Experience in the medical field
  • A good understanding of the consultative selling process and solution-based selling.
  • Goal and target orientated with proven track record of driving new business and exceeding sales quota.
  • Proven track of acquiring clients
  • Proven negotiation, account management, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience with self-prospecting and cold calling / outbound activities.
  • Self-starter and motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced team where flexibility is critical.
  • Technically competent with a laptop
  • Experience using a CRM , Gmail, and Google Apps
  • High level of attention to detail.
