Job Description
Purpose of the position
- The purpose of the position is to take over the tested products crafted by Shamseya team and put it on the market track.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Define the market and potential customers.
- Design and implement the marketing strategy including recruitment and training of marketing team.
- Design and implement sales strategy including recruitment and training sales team.
- Ensure the sales are on track and meeting the set targets.
- Design and implement the customer service system.
- The system must ensure customer satisfaction, showing the customer the full value of the sold products.
Job Requirements
Your profile
- Have a practical experience and / or a relevant degree in product management, preferably in a software as a service model.
- Seeking a challenging position
- Have a confident and enthusiastic approach
- Ability to work independently in a wide range of assignments/tasks with great agility and flexibility.
- Organized and detail-oriented with good analytical skills to run day-to-day operations.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Coding and development background/experience.
- Flexible and able to multitask.
- Easily mobile to different meetings locations and settings.
- Previous background or experience with the healthcare market is a plus.
