Job Description

The Account Executive provides outstanding customer service by proactively managing a portfolio of accounts. They are the key contact for customers and responsible for managing customer relationships including application, on-going support, claims management, and renewal. They follow relevant processes and use available tools to deliver excellent service in the most efficient way. The Account Executive’s detailed knowledge of the customer portfolio is essential for the provision of prompt and courteous customer service, which exceeds service standards and client expectations. 
  • Proactively reaching out to your customers to make sure that all issues are resolved in a timely manner and to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Listening to your customers and knowing exactly what is required of you to ensure first-time resolution of issues. 
  • Being the first and only point of contact to your customers, handling all internal processes and steps in the backstage while proactively reassuring your customer that you own the case. 
  • Having in-depth knowledge of your customers so that you tailor the service you are providing to match their needs and only offer and discuss what is relevant and suitable for them.
  • Revising all turned in applications, ensuring accuracy of data by verifying it and sourcing any incomplete data.
  • Managing the renewal process to ensure the customer’s buy-in and commitment to the product that they are renewing.
  • Managing customers’ payment plans.
  • Managing the members’ treatment process from requesting approval of treatment up to the claim payment. 
  • Managing the relationship between the providers (insurance companies and hospitals) and customers in order to avoid any potential dissatisfaction from the customers' side.
  • Processing internal reports within agreed timeframes.
