Job Description
- Implement all needed initiatives to retain customers and work closely with CS to contact and follow up on retained customers.
- Administer loyalty program to support in program benefits design, work closely with sales and finance to select customers upon preset criteria.
- Manage the implementation of all printing materials and giveaways and work closely with sales on customer's visits and follow up.
- Support sales & key Account team to achieve their targets through customized promotional materials, events, targeted advertising and direct marketing tools and ensure that branding guidelines are followed in all our sales support work.
- Provide monthly and weekly reporting of the program to management
- Assist in all areas of market & audience research for ISP in coordination with market research supervisor including desk research, competition analysis, internal surveys, mystery shopping and focus groups and ongoing customer base analysis.
- Analyze current customer data and conduct profiling exercise on periodical basis.
- Evaluate customer journey and identify gaps of service and areas of development.
- Develop initiatives that address customer issues and enhance customer experience.
- Monitor and review project budgets to ensure there are no deviations.
- Keep an updated archive of quotes, offers, invoices and purchase orders of every marketing activity for all projects.
- Develop all needed reports to be submitted to direct manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field, Science or Pharmacy is preferable.
- Marketing, trade promotions and merchandising.
- Excellent communications, negotiation and relationship building skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Marketing Diploma is more preferable.
