Job Description
- Maintaining Cost Accounting System.
- Development standard costs
- Implement policies and procedures for all cost accounting activities
- Perform the monthly closing activities including preparation of the cost statement along with supporting analysis
- Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
- Collect cost information and maintain an expenses database
- Making estimates of new and proposed product costs
- Investigate variances and submit variance reports to management
- Responsible for Inventory accounting and reporting
- Conducts physical inventories and monitors cycle count program
- Reconciles finished goods inventories
- Assisting in Month end close of the General Ledger
- Handle any task ordered by Finance Manager
Job Requirements
- Accounting / Finance Degree is a must.
- Preferable CMA or related Professional Finance Course.
- 5-7 years of professional experience
- Strong Cost systems background
- Excellent English (verbal and written).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Power point, Word) is a MUST
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic AX 2012 is preferred.
- Candidates MUST be located in Alexandria City.
