Job Description

Main Duties:

  • All Hardware Installations and store keeping
  • Technical Support for Hardware’s
  • ERP system installations in other branches
  • Daily Back-up
  • Users Data Backup & Shared Folders
  • Assist in Network when needed
  • Administration Tasks (Windows, Antivirus)
  • Data Entry when needed

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor of computer science or Information System.
  • Good Command in English
  • Minimum two years’ experience as a help desk admin with the following:
  • Good Knowledge for Operating Systems: Windows 7 ,10
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good PC troubleshooting background
  • Good communication skills
