Job Description

  • Scheduling meetings and appointments and follow up with clients
  • Prepare and send quotations to clients
  • Attend client's meetings (Internal and External)
  • Handle all other administrative tasks such as purchases, ... etc
  • Record various activities on company system
  • Assist and report to the GM in daily tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Excellent communication and negotiations skills
  • Very good English
  • Very good in Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Well organized and self motivated
