Job Description
- Scheduling meetings and appointments and follow up with clients
- Prepare and send quotations to clients
- Attend client's meetings (Internal and External)
- Handle all other administrative tasks such as purchases, ... etc
- Record various activities on company system
- Assist and report to the GM in daily tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Excellent communication and negotiations skills
- Very good English
- Very good in Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Well organized and self motivated
