Job Description
Crowd Analyzer is the leading Arabic social media listening tool in the MENA region and worldwide. We work with clients from different sectors and industries to enhance their social media marketing strategies and business objectives. We are currently looking for a super enthusiastic and supportive Sales Development Representative who has the spirit and the expertise to work with Crowd Analyzer’s team.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads through initial email and phone contact.
- Maintain a sense of urgency and rapid response cadence in following up on all inbound inquiries.
- Create a positive first impression with our prospects and customers by providing them with a world class experience.
- Develop strong product knowledge.
- Help to build scalable demand generation campaigns based on data.
- Conduct outbound telemarketing activities against targeted accounts, prospect lists, and other call campaigns.
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow up qualification in order to move opportunities into the sales funnel.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related track.
- Competitive and driven to achieve goals.
- Articulate and poised with a clear and concise spoken and written communication style.
- Flexible, adaptive, and resilient.
- Have a great attitude, team oriented with ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment.
- 1+ years of experience in sales development experience, customer support/success, or other customer-facing role/industry is preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English is a MUST
