Job Description

  • Issue, revise and approve special requests and reports related to any reimbursement data (claims) to be submitted to the client or to the BUH including claim history, deductions applied, and frequency of claims related to certain beneficiary.
  • Coordinate with the price building unit to ensure building and revision accuracy of the reference pricelist created for each client
  • Test all policies building before implementation and activation of the policy on the system including revision of services, procedures, pool or any other benefits and getting back to the price building unit with the feedback
  • Revise and issue POs
  • Review and approve any raw data or reports exported by processors
  • Distribute daily tasks and report unit's performance (e.g.: backlog, action plan adherence, and team's daily performance).
  • Submit weekly, monthly reports to his/her direct line manager
  • Handling and Monitoring intra & interdepartmental communications
  • Conduct on job training to the new staff to transfer the knowledge to them to be aware with the department’s procedures and work nature
  • Performs other tasks as assigned (by Line Manager) within the realm of his/her position, qualifications and capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience.
  • Medical insurance background.
  • BSc degree of Medicine or Pharmacy.
  • Good Command of English & Ms office.
