Job Description
Shamseya as part of its management solutions provides direct management consultancies for hospitals and healthcare facilities with variable size and specialities with the aim of improving their performance, enhancing quality of care and promoting patient-centered care.
Shamseya is looking for a Healthcare Facility manager to be part of its management solutions team.
- The recruited manager should show the skills and competences that would enable him/her to head the consulted facilities in the near future.
- Active participation in design and implementation of the organizational and operational reforms in the managed facilities.
- Mobilize the different technical teams from Shamseya to directly support the tasks as a facility manager.
- Run the daily management of the managed facilities ensuring smooth operations and patient/staff satisfaction.
- Implement the quality improvement recommendations and regularly collect feedback.
- Continuously monitor the facility’s performance and address any defects.
Job Requirements
- Have a practical experience and / or a relevant degree in hospital management.
- Seeking a challenging position
- Have a confident and enthusiastic approach
- Ability to work independently in a wide range of assignments/tasks with great agility and flexibility.
- Organized and detail-oriented with good analytical skills to run day-to-day operations.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Skilled at software which perform the different functions of microsoft office.
- Flexible and able to multitask.
- Precise, efficient and capable of problem solving.
