Job Description

As a NETWORK sales engineer, you'll use your technical knowledge along with sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of products, for which a certain level of expertise is needed.

You'll assist colleagues for new clients from a sales perspective.

Clients are usually technical staff from non-retail organizations, such as factories, public utility providers, local authorities, hospitals, banks, schools ....Etc......

The emphasis of the work varies depending on the level of technical knowledge needed to sell a particular product or service.

Technical sales engineers are a key point of contact for clients and provide both pre and after-sales advice.

Responsibilities

  • Searching for new clients who could benefit from company products and services
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
  • Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
  • Calculating client quotations
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
  • Administering client accounts
  • Meeting regular sales targets quarterly/yearly quota
  • Offering after-sales support services
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Building pipelines and share them with seniors
  • Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, and other marketing events
  • Preparing reports for management
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Job Requirements

  • Basic experience in the NETWORKING industry as well as CYBER Security.
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
  • Thoroughly understand of sales and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience
  • Owns a car is a must
