Plan, execute, monitor, track and report large-scale technology projects using traditional and Agile development processes & techniques. Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Tracking and communicating team velocity and sprint/release progress to all affected teams and management using Agile estimating techniques.
Facilitating discussion and conflict resolution in order to improve team productivity while promoting continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain project plans, resource utilization and schedules for multiple simultaneous projects and operational activities.
Coordinate and drive project activities to deliver required functionality on time and within budget.
Closely monitor project resources, tasks, risks and milestones. Make course corrections when necessary using defined change control procedures.
Anticipate any potential risks or issues with the project through quick responses and proactive critical thinking.
Apply proper CR & incident management methodologies.
Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for deliverables.

BSC. in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
Managing software development projects, with 2+ years working with server-based technologies, PMP preferred.
Solid understanding of SDLC models and Agile and traditional project management practices and the ability to blend them together to it a specific project/environment.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
Team player, willing to learn, and hard worker.
Team work and good coordination skills.
