Job Description
Main Duties:
- Inspects Suppliers delivery of materials and supplies for conformity with quantity and quality specifications.
- Stores and arranges stocks for ease of issuance, maintains cleanliness and orderliness of storerooms.
- Issues materials and supplies per approved requisitions.
- Keeps records of materials received or issued.
- Conducts monthly inventory of materials and supplies comparing stock card balances with physical count.
- Performs duties common to all rank-and – file and non-supervisory personnel and other duties as may be assigned.
Job Requirements
- From 5 to 7 year of experience in the management of warehouse or related.
- College graduates.
- Have good knowledge about using computer and Microsoft office.
- Good English write and speak.
- Maintain good working relationships with supervisors, peers, and the public
- Supply Chain diploma holder is preferred
- Work under pressure
- The ability to maintain logs on movement and inventory of stock items and tools.
