Job Description
- Creates, maintains and updates personnel files in compliance with the Egyptian Labor laws.
- Deals with governmental External offices such as Labor, Social insurance offices etc.
- Creates, maintains and updates staff records on the HR data base and issue regular reports as required.
- Reply to all staff inquires.
- Employee Files’ preparation and receiving the required hiring documents from the Recruitment Specialist.
- Follow-up on the renewal of the annual contracts in terms of sending the forms and the required signatures then send the forms to the specialist to issue the contract.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in law.
- Experience in labor relations and personnel administration.
- General knowledge of the laws, statutes and regulations pertaining to employee recruitment, hiring, discharge, record keeping, training, insurance, and retirement.
- Ability to maintain records and prepare comprehensive reports on all matters related to personnel administration.
- Proficient with office equipment and technology and the ability to master new technologies.
