Job Description
Taking all necessary measures for shipping operations to Egypt in coordination between the customer and the sales officer on the one hand and all the suppliers who carry out shipping services on the other hand, in the best way to ensure providing the best navigational services to the customer to ensure the continuation of cooperation between us.
- Establish the integrated shipping instructions (SOP) in coordination with the sales officer and send it to Agility's office in the country of origin to start implementation
- Receipt of the final booking form from the Agility office in the country of origin and send it to the client.
- Follow up the loading and customs procedures with Agility office in the country of origin and send the data periodically to the client
- Follow up the issuance of shipping documents in the country of origin and obtain the client's consent to all the data mentioned in the documents.
- Receive and review the shipment on the program (Control) (DMS).
Job Requirements
Education & Academic back grounds
- Minimum of a BS.
Experience & Knowledge
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Familiar with Logistics & Supply Chain terminologies.
