Job Description
- Answering Phone calls
- Making outgoing and incoming calls to all departments
- Welcoming visitors and customers
- Working as liaison between all departments
- Sending and receiving emails
- Sending and receiving faxes
- Recording Tasks & Customers problems
- Transfer problems for development to the programmer and vice versa
- Data entry to daily tasks from technical supports and programmers
- Responsible for attendance sheet
- Daily reports
- Dealing directly with all managers departments and CEO
