Job Description
- Selecting new products and reviewing the old finding the right suppliers
- Negotiating prices ensuring the products are delivered on time
- Maintaining relation ships with existing suppliers while seeking new ones
- Prepares and processes purchasing forms such as purchase orders and purchase requests
- Collect purchase request and start making purchase orders regarding to the approved suppliers list
- Finalize acquisitions regarding to lowest price , highest quality and fastest time
- Evaluate current suppliers and submit the report to purchasing manager
