Customer Services & Sales Representative

We are looking for female customer services and Sales representative at imfnd to be responsible for :

• Welcoming our customers and answering any inquiries.
• Managing inbound and outbound calls.
• Follow up with leads generation in fast and professional manners.
• Inform customers of deals and promotions.
• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each communication.
• The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
