Job Description
- Analyzes trends and metrics related to Human Capital
- Prospects new business opportunities for clients in need of employee benefits
- Handles clients’ meetings and requests
- Consults with line management and provide HR related guidance
- Works closely with management, employees and business clients to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Suggests new HR strategies
- Presents periodical activity reports to Business Development Director
- Ensures continuous self-development to keep up to date with the knowledge needed for effective performance.
- Keeps up to date with company’s standards, policies, procedures and authority limits needed for the implementation of responsibilities
- Supports the Department in any other task/project as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree, post graduate degree in HR/ business administration
- 1 – 3 years of HR experience
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Self-driven and able to handle pressure and workloads
- Client and service oriented
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Excellent computer skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic both written and spoken
