Job Description
- Receive domestic and export subsidiaries the plant demands &forecasts to define the needs of raw materials and finished products.
- Study demands arid forecasts putting into consideration the capacity of the production lines and the stock of the finished product as well as packaging materials’ availability in time.
- Perform the production plan accordingly and assign the quantities of materials required for production.
- Review the demand plan regularly and process the purchasing requisition on SAP system based on the available stock and production plan.
- Work closely with the Purchasing team to ensure accurate delivery time of the ordered materials needed for production
- Follow up with the Logistics team for the completion of the customer clearance procedures of the incoming ordered trucks to be delivered on time.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, R&D, Production and Purchasing teams for the launch of new products in the market
- Meet regularly with the Production team to discuss the status of all open projects.
- Decide the capacity of the warehouse according to the assigned plans.
- Follow up on the entire production lines to ensure the production process is applied as planned.
- Prepare monthly reports to show actual versus planned production rates.
- Analyse the cases of stagnant items and process related reports.
- Review and make suggestions to develop the production process.
- Coordinate with the quality department for the examination of the manufacturing and packaging martial.
- Monitor the consumption rate of the packaging materials and finished products periodically to keep the balance of the stock level.
- Plan for the monthly needed items to contribute in performing marketing activities.
- Prepare monthly reports to define the warehousing status including unused materials and share them with the supply chain manager
- Follow modern technology to process the current projects and result in the highest quality with the minimum cost and share these plans with the upper management .
- Perform all necessary reports and share them with the supply chain manager .
Job Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited college or university.
- High SAP experience.
- Decision making and ability to plan strategies.
- High Leadership, supervisory skills.
- Excellent command of English.
