Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Ensures all hiring targets are met as per SLA
  • Sources, and screens for CC & Back office roles
  • Assists in raising the requisitions on Taleo and actions them
  • Supports in identifying new Vendors
  • Interview Scheduling/ testing
  • Manage Pre-joining formalities for all new joiners
  • Actively support all direct recruitment activities like print advert walk-ins, job fairs, campus etc.
  • Ensures use of recruitment automation and reduce manual intervention
  • Prepares and showcase recruitment metrics on a regular basis to key stake holders

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Experience in mass hiring will be preferable
  • Experience of Full Recruitment Life Cycle and ability to handle large volumes
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, strong interpersonal skills, and assertive and professional
  • Good customer service orientation
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, perform independently and work under strict guidelines
  • Should be analytical and have strong MI skills
  • Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good presentation skills and able to relate and communicate with the middle management
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
