Main Duties:

Ensures all hiring targets are met as per SLA
Sources, and screens for CC & Back office roles
Assists in raising the requisitions on Taleo and actions them
Supports in identifying new Vendors
Interview Scheduling/ testing
Manage Pre-joining formalities for all new joiners
Actively support all direct recruitment activities like print advert walk-ins, job fairs, campus etc.
Ensures use of recruitment automation and reduce manual intervention
Prepares and showcase recruitment metrics on a regular basis to key stake holders

Qualifications and Skills:

Graduate / Postgraduate degree
1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Experience in mass hiring will be preferable
Experience of Full Recruitment Life Cycle and ability to handle large volumes
Excellent oral and written communications skills, strong interpersonal skills, and assertive and professional
Good customer service orientation
Ability to prioritize tasks, perform independently and work under strict guidelines
Should be analytical and have strong MI skills
Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good presentation skills and able to relate and communicate with the middle management
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
