Main Duties:
- Ensures all hiring targets are met as per SLA
- Sources, and screens for CC & Back office roles
- Assists in raising the requisitions on Taleo and actions them
- Supports in identifying new Vendors
- Interview Scheduling/ testing
- Manage Pre-joining formalities for all new joiners
- Actively support all direct recruitment activities like print advert walk-ins, job fairs, campus etc.
- Ensures use of recruitment automation and reduce manual intervention
- Prepares and showcase recruitment metrics on a regular basis to key stake holders
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate / Postgraduate degree
- 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Experience in mass hiring will be preferable
- Experience of Full Recruitment Life Cycle and ability to handle large volumes
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, strong interpersonal skills, and assertive and professional
- Good customer service orientation
- Ability to prioritize tasks, perform independently and work under strict guidelines
- Should be analytical and have strong MI skills
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good presentation skills and able to relate and communicate with the middle management
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
