Job Description:- The team Leader Engineer Handle the general day-to-day running of the Production Department with primary accountability for productive output, quality yield and total productive maintenance activities required to fulfill customer orders in a timely and cost effective manner, including involvement in any task that directly impacts on the ability to meet these objectives
Duties and responsibilities:-
- Handle the general day-to-day running of the Production Department with primary accountability for productive output, quality yield and total productive maintenance activities required fulfilling customer orders in a timely and cost effective manner, including involvement in any task that directly impacts on the ability to meet these objectives.
- Work includes the planning of the 3 shifts; training of people; supporting team leaders; planning preventive maintenance on machinery and analysis of rejects and scrap.
- Promote and develop lean-improvement initiatives, adopting value system analysis techniques and continually develop the skills of operational employees to ensure optimum resource utilization.
