Job Description
- Sources and attracts candidates by using databases and different channels.
- Keeps track and documentation of interviews and hires.
- Conducts interviews’ and filters candidates for open positions.
- Follow-up process payroll, attendance and leave.
- Calculates the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with the assistance of a computer system.
- Coordinating timekeeping and payroll systems.
Job Requirements
- Males Only
- Has knowledge of Egyptian labor law and deal with government agencies (Insurance - Labor Office)
- 2-3 Years’ Experience in the same position.
- Experience in blue collars hiring.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills “MS Office”
- Self-Oriented and organized.
- Dakahlia or Damietta or surroundings resident is a must.
