Job Description

  • Sources and attracts candidates by using databases and different channels.
  • Keeps track and documentation of interviews and hires.
  • Conducts interviews’ and filters candidates for open positions.
  • Follow-up process payroll, attendance and leave.
  • Calculates the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with the assistance of a computer system.
  • Coordinating timekeeping and payroll systems.

Job Requirements

  • Males Only
  • Has knowledge of Egyptian labor law and deal with government agencies (Insurance - Labor Office)
  • 2-3 Years’ Experience in the same position.
  • Experience in blue collars hiring.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills “MS Office”
  • Self-Oriented and organized.
  • Dakahlia or Damietta or surroundings resident is a must.
