Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Training Delivery Manager to be responsible for the entire scope of our training portfolio, from devising our annual training strategy to overseeing the day-to-day details. You will be an internal and external client liaison. Training Delivery Manager often has backgrounds in business, leadership, human resources, development and education.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages and facilitates training programs cycles from start to end
  • Oversee training programmes that include instructor-led trainings, workshops, web-based seminars, printed manuals...etc.
  • Determines training needs and requirements of our clients by meeting with managers, talking with employees, or administering surveys
  • Modifies, designs and creates course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs
  • Reviews training materials produced by third parties to determine appropriateness and relevance
  • Schedules training sessions and manages course enrolment
  • Monitors training programmes and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates as necessary
  • Manages costs for all programmes, productions, and publications in order to report to organisation executives regarding a return on investment
  • Awareness of IT related topics and keeps current on the activities and needs of the industry by attending regular meetings, conferences, and seminars
  • Oversees marketing of training programmes to match company needs and identity
  • Manages training partners relationship through the partnership lifecycle. Plays liaison role with our partners ; ensuring needs from both parties are met to facilitate a successful training program and relationship.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Organizational Development or related field preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication
  • Excellent leadership and problem solving skills
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to audit trainings performance
