Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware systems and IT software.
- Undertaking analysis, diagnosis and resolution of client problems via phone, e-mail& face to face contact.
- Escalating unresolved problems to Level 2 support .
- Setting up new users accounts and profiles and dealing with password issue
- Support Microsoft Systems administration functions in Active Directory and Exchange.
- Support various operating systems and applications (Windows 7, Windows XP, and Microsoft Office).
- Leverage support technologies such as remote desktop, VNC, Device control, Antivirus,
- managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.
- Raising & maintaining incident tickets and problem records.
- Support applications Banking & Brokerage field (BMIS- CIMS- APEX)
Job Requirements
Knowledge:
- Advanced technical understanding of the various hardware, software and networking systems being supported.
Skills:
- Excellent problem solving skills

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degrees in business, computer science or information systems or equivalent, and/or
- Minimum 1 year work experience in related field required.
- Basic Knowledge of computer hardware.
- Experience with desktop operating systems
- Extensive application support experience.
- Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
