Job Description

  • To provide technical support to the Production sales in the identification, validation, and implementation of solutions and applications to support achieving base page volume growth, as well as penetrate new business opportunities in their territory.
  • Implement effective processes and methodologies to enhance productivity in enabling solutions/applications, in addition of performing competitive analyses of technology and product performance
  • To provide technical support to the Sales Managers through identification and validation of solutions, applications, and successful Documentation
  • Develop solutions to meet the customer’s business and technical requirements.
  • Apply technical knowledge and expertise to design appropriate solutions using Xerox products and services, as well as third party products from Xerox partners.
  • To provide benchmark customer training & implementation support to customers.
  • Manage solution delivery: Act as project manager for the implementation team. Coordinate Xerox, customer, and third-party resources.

Job Requirements

  • 4-6 years technical sales support and/or industry experience
  • BSC in Engineering or Computer Science
  • Knowledge of common networks/networks security, operating systems, and IT Basics
  • Knowledge of windows Domain and server client privileges
  • Ability to install and configure Microsoft Exchange Server
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Good Business Writing Skills
  • English spoken and writing proficiency
  • Teamwork and ability to manage work under pressure
  • Carry driving license
