Job Description

  • Manages employee vacation balances, sick leaves, maternity leaves, or unpaid leaves in accordance to the labor law.
  • Prepares timekeeping analysis reports based on the time sheets produced by the finger-print machine.
  • Prepares the monthly payroll according to the approved policy including taxation and social insurance deductions.
  • Coordinates with the Accounting Dept. to finalize approvals and payment of salaries either cash or bank transfer.
  • Monitor employees' database system by recording and updating hiring, resignations, transfers…etc in order to ensure accurate database.
  • Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up the employees' credentials completion and developing personnel files for new comers to ensure adherence to personnel filing system.
  • Follow up on the annual contract renewals.
  • Follow up probation periods to proceed with termination if required.
  • Renew of medical exemption & pay to Health insurance authority.
  • Handle employees' insurance procedures through delivering insurance check to Insurance Authority and preparing Form 1,2 and 6

Job Requirements

  • Preferred Male
  • BSc. Of Commerce or Equivalent
  • 2-4 years of experience in payroll and personnel
  • Good English, and good communication skills.
  • Strong MS Office skills is must
  • Work location: Hurghada
