- Satisfy customer’s daily requirements, ensure customers deliveries commitments done.
- Manage and develop sound business relationships with customers.
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to support sales growth.
- Identify and capture opportunities in his/her area.
- Work closely with customers’ needs and coordinate activities to satisfy customers’ requirements.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
- Listening to customers business complains issues and shares it with the concern SR.
- Doing jobs entrusted to him by his direct boss
Job Requirements
- 2-3 Years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, word
- Customers and People management skills.
- Result orientation and drive for action.
