Job Description

  • Satisfy customer’s daily requirements, ensure customers deliveries commitments done.
  • Manage and develop sound business relationships with customers.
  • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to support sales growth.
  • Identify and capture opportunities in his/her area.
  • Work closely with customers’ needs and coordinate activities to satisfy customers’ requirements.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
  • Listening to customers business complains issues and shares it with the concern SR.
  • Doing jobs entrusted to him by his direct boss

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 Years of experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, word
  • Customers and People management skills.
  • Result orientation and drive for action.
  • Teamwork skills.
