Job Description
- Shamseya as part of its management solutions provide direct support for the management of different organizations with variable scales and scopes of action. The latest of which cover activities around road traffic safety as a key public health concern in Egypt.
- Shamseya is looking for a project manager to take this role forward, managing the operations of a key civil society player working on road traffic safety.
- The recruited manager should show the skills and competences that would enable him/her to head this file fully in the near future.
- Active participation in designing and implementation of the organizational structure for the consulted organization.
- Working with the Shamseya team in the daily management of the consulted organization, leading to taking over the role of the executive manager.
- Manage teams of volunteers, sponsors and supporting partners to the consulted organization
- Prepare and hold presentations representing both Shamseya and the consulted organization to private, public and government officials alike.
- Organize events, activities, field researchers and manage the organizational portfolio in road traffic safety.
Job Requirements
- Have a practical experience and / or a relevant degree in management / organizational development.
- Seeking a challenging position
- Have a confident and enthusiastic approach
- Ability to work independently in a wide range of assignments/tasks with great agility and flexibility.
- Organized and detail-oriented with good analytical skills to run day-to-day operations.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Skilled at softwares which perform the different functions of microsoft office.
- Flexible and able to multitask.
- Ready to carry out field work activities
