Job Description
- Provide support to the Managing Partner in the prioritization of workload and responding appropriately and filtering requests on his behalf
- Provide a comprehensive secretarial and administration service to the Managing Partner across the range of his work
- Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
- Manage travel and schedule.
- Handle information requests.
- Coordinates office management activities.
- Maintain office procedures.
- Coordinate travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepares, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records.
- Coordinate committees and task forces.
- Relay directives, instructions and assignment to executives.
- Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member.
