- Property sales consultant will be responsible for the acquisition of properties, the presentation to the market and the subsequent sale of suitable properties in sufficient quantity to satisfy business targets.
- The candidate will have the ability to build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective and existing clients.
- In this role you will source new leads as well as pitch for new properties.
- You will offer a professional real estate service seeking for perfection in the art of brokerage.
Job Requirements
- University graduate with 2 years luxury sales experience at the real estate market.
- Strong selling and persuasive skills.
- Excellent communication , negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Goal and target oriented
- Excellent command of English language both spoken and written.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Positive, proactive and results driven personality.
- Professional attitude, punctual, presentable and customer service focused.
- Ability to work with team under pressure.
- Age from 25 - 30 years.
- Must own a car.
