Job Description
An exciting opportunity in growing company working in Real-Estate Marketing field in New Cairo
We are looking for Sales Agents to be responsible for the following:
- Regularly update & maintain communication with Clients, Agents, and Real-estate developers.
- Daily Cold calls for potential clients and follow up with existing leads.
- Arrange meeting with clients for showing or projects presentation.
- Answer client’s questions regarding new projects, financial issues, maintenance, and appraisals.
- Collect and rate client data, negotiate contracts, ensuring all paperwork meets requirements.
- Input all client information into CRM system and all inventory database in website.
- Achieving sales target and executing sales strategies.
Job Requirements
- Good English level both written and spoken.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient use of Microsoft office.
- Proven track record of sales generated.
- Proven working experience in real estate .
- Possesses a strong desire for success in selling and being passionate about it.
- Presentable, confident, flexible and a good team player.
- Owning a car is preferable.
- Preferably lives in New Cairo or nearby locations .
