Job Description
- Continuous update of the center’s website with newly added training courses, newly joined top-notch trainers, exam schedules, and other media or important information.
- Manage the different social media channels periodically according to the plans coordinated with the executive manager and marketing agency.
- Coordinate marketing activities, cultural or art events to ensure maximum traffic and successful roll-out.
- Handle/Reply to complaints received through the different online channels and report them to the respective departments and follow-through to ensure they are resolved.
- Preparing social media regular reports on a weekly basis (or daily basis in case of campaigns) and review posting plans with the executive manager and marketing agency.
- Promotes the center’s services throughout all possible online & social communication methods.
- Scanning the market landscape for competitors’ offerings, new market entrants, trending topics related to the center’s activities.
- Ensures visitors can find the print marketing materials at the different locations in the center or can download them online.
- Undertakes any other tasks related to the core scope of work as per the job description.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Work Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Working hours: 6 days per week – 9 hours (1-hour break)
- IT Skills:
- Preference for certified social media specialists
- professional user of Microsoft Office
- Language: Proficient in Arabic & English languages – other languages are a definite plus (French-German)
- Candidate Fit: middle-aged, male or female.
- Male Candidates must declare their status regards the military standing.
