Job Description
- Ensuring that the needs of trainers and trainees are being met and that the standards of services are maintained.
- Interferes to resolve all issues or problems related to the service delivery and ensures that necessary measures, checklists or plans are scripted to avoid the repetition of prior mistakes.
- Prepares and continuously updates training plan and actually trains newly hired operational staff and tests their understanding of the training.
- Lays out operational plans for the center in liaison with the executive manager for full coordination.
- Supervises directly the levels of facility clean-up and assigns “area cleanliness supervisors” per shift from the logistics, reception and secretarial staff.
- Oversees the levels of security through direct reportee “security supervisor”.
- Investigates, personally, complaints that have reached his office from companies or persons alike and takes measures to avoid the corrective measures have been taken.
- Promotes the center’s services throughout all possible communication methods (online, face-to-face meetings, phone calls).
- Encourages visitors to register for the center services and activities and seeks to register them within them.
- Examines all reports submitted to his office on a regular basis including attendance, security and operational reports.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Work Experience: 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- Working hours: 6 days per week – 9 hours (1-hour break)
- IT Skills: a professional business user of Microsoft Office and other business software
- Language: Proficient in Arabic & English languages – other languages are a plus (French-German)
- Candidate Fit: middle-aged, male or female.
