Job Description
As an Aircraft Technician, you will perform inspections, repairs, modifications, and component handling tasks on aircraft in accordance with EASA Part-145 standards. You will support both line and base maintenance under the supervision of certifying staff and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and SMS (Safety Management System) protocols. The role involves the below tasks:
- Execute inspection, repair, and modification tasks, including functional checks and component replacement, based on training and authorization level
- Perform routine and non-routine maintenance task cards, troubleshooting, and operational duties in line with approved data and EASA Part-145 procedures
- Promote and uphold a positive safety culture; adhere to SMS requirements as specified in the SMS Manual
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment following 5S principles. Perform toolbox inventory checks and manage personal logbook and training records
- Report discrepancies, defects, job progress, and deviations promptly to supervisors or B1/B2 staff
- Liaise with internal Part-145 MRO and Part-21 PO shops to resolve maintenance issues efficiently
Job Requirements
- Proven experience working within an EASA Part-145 maintenance organization, ideally in base or line maintenance.
- Completion of an aircraft maintenance apprenticeship or equivalent technical qualification.
- Up-to-date Human Factors, Fuel Tank Safety, and EWIS (initial and/or refresher) training certificates.
- Ability to read, interpret, and work from aircraft manuals, engineering drawings, and approved data.
- Sound understanding of EASA regulations, Part-145 procedures, and company MOE requirements.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with digital maintenance systems (AMOS, TRAX, or similar).
- Bonus points for holding an untyped EASA P66 B1 or B2 license.
