Job Description
- Take customers’ orders on the app/website, and assign them to the warehouse workers.
- Check assigned orders before delivery.
- Assist customers on the phone and on Whatsapp to edit and cancel their orders.
- Handle customers’ complaints.
Job Requirements
- Customer service experience : 0 – 2 years
- Computer Proficient : Will be using app/website backend and Microsoft Excel
- Working days : Sunday - Thursday
- Working hours : 9 am – 9 pm
- English :
- A. Reading : Good
- B. Speaking : Basic
- Preferred: Residents of 6th of October and Sheikh Zayed.
