Job Description

  • Take customers’ orders on the app/website, and assign them to the warehouse workers.
  • Check assigned orders before delivery.
  • Assist customers on the phone and on Whatsapp to edit and cancel their orders.
  • Handle customers’ complaints.

Job Requirements

  • Customer service experience :  0 – 2 years
  • Computer Proficient : Will be using app/website backend and Microsoft Excel
  • Working days : Sunday - Thursday
  • Working hours : 9 am – 9 pm
  • English :
  •      A. Reading : Good
  •      B. Speaking : Basic
  • Preferred: Residents of 6th of October and Sheikh Zayed.
