Job Description
Cow is looking for a production manager with high product management skill, and excellent sense of quality to head our production team. Must have at least 3 years experience in product design and production.
- Managing the entire production operations, conducting internal process quality audits, overseeing the maintenance of production lines, conducting tests for checking the quality of products and maintaining working standards as per requirements and standardization.
- Perform quality control, keeping a high standard of quality from concept to store.
- Communicate the client's needs to the team and can give appropriate and useful feedback as necessary.
- Prepare prototypes and concepts for clients.
- Meeting with clients, and giving a positive face to clients on behalf of the company.
- organizing and holding meetings with the art department.
- Being the main source of communication between the production department and management.
- Attending all meeting and making sure your team is up to date on their tasks
- Going to fares, collect data, contacting suppliers abroad.
- Estimate costs and prepare budgets.
- Organize production calendar to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Monitor production to resolve issues
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Report to upper management
Job Requirements

- Must have drivers license, and access to car
- must be able to work from New Cairo as a base
