Job Description
- Analyze operations to evaluate the performance of a company and its staff in meeting objectives, and to determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, or policy change.
- Directs, plans, and implements policies, objectives, and activities of the organization or businesses to ensure continuing operations, to maximize returns on investments, and to increase productivity.
- Sets the yearly objectives to Production, Maintenance, Product development, QC, Purchasing, Planning, and Warehouses Departments, and reviews actual on a periodical basis to ensure meeting the Company's objectives.
- Reviews and approves the periodical Production reports ensuring availability of the finished product on time and meeting the customer requirements.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Excel and minimum 8 years of experience within the Agriculture sector
- Ability to work on ERP and reporting to management
- Knowledge in English
