Job Description

  • Utilizes various channels and talent sources to reach target calibers
  • Builds talent pools and proactive pipeline for projects and MPP targets and deliver to adhoc requirements
  • Analyzes most effective channels and share best practices to reaching the target calibers
  • Manages constant update to the talent pool and database in a timely manner across all stages 
  • Executes and engage in external market initiatives to reach the target expertise required for hire
  • Manages job origination on the systems and job positing internal and external roles 
  • Manages agencies for the required roles within scope and build performance reports on our channels activities and best channels & recommendations
  • Builds market analysis and Boolean practices sheets with best practices on attraction modules
  • Manages referral engagement, program and call center weekly and monthly deliverables and required analysis
  • Maintains timely update to the management, geographic teams, and counter parts
  • Optimum communication and cooperation with customer and build customer satisfaction 
  • Increases sourcing efficiency of the business within the scope of roles assigned
  • Conducts screening, interviews and assessments required for the assigned roles to hire for till finalist selection
  • Performs other tasks assigned to him related to his work to achieve the objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree – certificates in in Human Resources are preferable.
  • Experience in analyzing results and studying talent markets and managing detailed reports.
  • 2-5 years of experience in similar fields, including at least one year in project management with clients directly.
  • Experience in managing the full talent acquisition cycle from the need  to the contracting.
  • Experience in working with SLAs with negotiation and influence track record .
  • Experience managing programs execution and interacting with universities, institutes and agencies and organizers for events .
  • High efficiency in dealing with communication sites for business and applicants, and managing advertisements and forums for jobs in fitness, effectiveness and an honorable image.
  • Experience working with SAP applicant management systems, and efficiency in carrying out tasks through information systems in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft systems and working with Office, Visio and SAP is preferred.
  • English language proficiency.
