Job Description
- Handling and organizing all groups, individuals and incentives, proposals and reservations from Gulf (Hotels, Nile cruises, Restaurants, Guides, Cars, Train and Air tickets)
- Responsibility for the travel & tourism services provided to the customers
- Contacting Tour Operator local & overseas by phone, fax and Internet
- Following up on the daily operations
- Organizing and attending tourism events, conferences, workshops, seminars and exhibitions
- Writing reports and maintaining records
- Deciding how many holidays to sell each season and the resorts to use
- Liaising with coach operators, airlines, hoteliers and resort reps
- Confirming customer names with airlines/hotels
- Collecting, evaluating and responding (as appropriate) to customer feedback
- Using market research information to guide decisions
- Providing pricing information
- Handling bookings, invoicing and issuing of ticket
Job Requirements
- High communication skill
- Prefer user Online Systems and corporate accounts
- 2-4 years of experience
