Job Description
- Receiving hiring requests from the company’s different departments
- Source potential candidates on all recruitment channels
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
- Sending job offer emails to accepted candidates that include the required hiring papers and gross salaries
- Conduct recruitment analysis and database
Working hours: from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Mass recruitment.
- Experience in Learning and development is a great plus.
- Fluent English.
- Presentable.
- HR Diploma is a plus.
- Software experience is a plus
