Job Description
- Implement an “Internal customer” culture within the procurement services team ensure requirements of the business and the people are anticipated and met
- Maintain records of goods/services ordered and received.
- Sourcing for vendors of materials, equipment or services, in order to ensure availability.
- Control Procurement Section budget.
- Negotiate with suppliers in a timely and reliable manner
- Develop periodical benchmarking plan for all products/services to maintain sustainable procurement activities.
- Review purchase order claims and contracts for compliance of Ibnsina policy.
- Establish a development plan for standardization of equipment, products and services.
Job Requirements
- University degree in any discipline.
- 6 to 8 years experience in the Procurement Administration activates; 3 years in a managerial position.
- Deep understanding of ISO Certificates is a plus.
- Excellent Negotiation, Problem Solving, Communication, and leadership skills.
- Very Good command of English language.
- Organized and Follow up.

- Proven experience in procurement system (oracle, ERP, SAP)
