Job Description

  • Implement an “Internal customer” culture within the procurement services team ensure requirements of the business and the people are anticipated and met
  • Maintain records of goods/services ordered and received.
  • Sourcing for vendors of materials, equipment or services, in order to ensure availability.
  • Control Procurement Section budget.
  • Negotiate with suppliers in a timely and reliable manner
  • Develop periodical benchmarking plan for all products/services to maintain sustainable procurement activities.
  • Review purchase order claims and contracts for compliance of Ibnsina policy.
  • Establish a development plan for standardization of equipment, products and services.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in any discipline.
  • 6 to 8 years experience in the Procurement Administration activates; 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Deep understanding of ISO Certificates is a plus.
  • Excellent Negotiation, Problem Solving, Communication, and leadership skills.
  • Very Good command of English language.
  • Organized and Follow up.
  • Negotiation, Problem solving and Communication skills.
  • Proven experience in procurement system (oracle, ERP, SAP)
